The Hand pillow blurs the line between soft sculpture and home good, utilizing intricate glove seaming to lend the pillow its lifelike shape. Sphere TwelveĀ is the first round shaped pillow from Sohn. What differentiates this round pillow from the rest is the precise seaming. The inspiration comes from medicine balls, which utilize gentle shaping on each panel. Sphere Twelve also has more cutlines than most round pillows, which also makes it more efficient; the 12 panels maximize the use of fabric and also work well for using odd shaped fabric scraps and fabric waste. 12"x12"x12". Filling is 50% CertiPUR-US Shredded Memory Foam, 50% hypoallergenic polyester fiber.
The Tetra Pillow is a perfect tetrahedron cut from a single piece of fabric. The clever seaming and exacting geometry fully showcases the beauty of the fabric being used. This series utilizes offcuts and scraps from previous projects in an effort to make use of all potential waste yardage. Length: 16ā, Width: 16", Height: 14". Filling is 50% CertiPUR-US Shredded Memory Foam, 50% hypoallergenic polyester fiber.

Sohn is designed in Brooklyn, New York by John Sohn. Originally born and raised in Southern California, John left the West Coast to study Fiber Science & Apparel Design at Cornell University. Following graduation, he started as a Ready-To-Wear Designer at New York-based fashion label The Row. He was most recently was Head of Design at Rosetta Getty. He is currently the Creative Director of Buffy.
